Alan's Orange Tree villa

Welcome to this cozy villa located on Orange Tree!


This villa offers everything you need for a carefree vacation: there's a family room with two couches and a sofa chair, a large dining table with plenty of seating, and a well equipped kitchen with everything you need. The living room has two comfortable couches and a sofa chair as well as a large flatscreen TV and a breakfast area. Both areas give access to the spacious and sunny pool deck, covered lanai, loungers and a seating area.

There are 4 bedrooms: the master bedroom has a King bed and ensuite bathroom with two single vanities, bath tub, shower and separate toilet as well as a walk in closet. Bedroom 2 and 3 both have two Twin beds and share a bathroom with in tub shower, single vanity and toilet. Bedroom 4 has a Queen bed, the bathroom is on the other side and has a shower, single vanity and toilet. You can also access the pool deck.

Through the laundry room (next to the kitchen) you'll enter the games room with a pool table, air hockey table and foosball.

From Orange Tree it's only a short drive to the Disney area, restaurants, grocery stores and beautiful state parks.
