Villa Columbus at Solterra Resort

Welcome to this modern and luxurious 5 bedroom-4 bathroom villa, located on Solterra Resort.


The villa has a partially open floorplan in which you'll find a spacious living room with large flatscreen TV and leather couches, a dining room and the fully equipped modern white kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and breakfast bar with bar stools. Through the sliding doors in the living room you can access the pool deck.

The villa has 5 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed and an adjacent bathroom with in tub shower, vanity and toilet. Bedroom 2 is also a Queen room but has an en suite bathroom with vanity, toilet and shower. Bedroom 3 and 4 are Twin rooms and share a bathroom with in tub shower, vanity and toilet. This bathroom also gives access to the pool deck. The master bedroom has a King bed and ensuite bathroom with double vanity, toilet and large wheelchair accessible shower area with shower curtain. All bedrooms have flatscreen TV's.

Outside you'll find the east facing pool and spa, a covered lanai with patio set and loungers. There's also a removable safety fence for small children.The villa has no rear neighbors

In the games room there's a pool table for many hours for fun!

The use of all the amenities on Solterra Resort is included e.g. the large pool, lazy river, fitness, tennis court and children's playground.
