Conservation Facing Villa @Solterra

Welcome to our stunning villa at the beautiful Solterra Resort, a paradise located only 11 miles from Walt Disney World's Animal Kingdom. Close to the resort you'll find restaurants, supermarkets and a gas station for your convenience. This beautiful villa has a modern living room with access to the pool deck where you can take a nice sun bath or relax in the private spa. From the pool deck you have a nice view on a large conservation area. The dining area is located in the front of the house and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make your stay even more enjoyable.


The villa provides 5 modern styled bedrooms and 4.5 luxury bathrooms that provides you the space you're looking for. The downstairs master bedroom has a very comfortable King bed, two nightstands, a dresser, TV, walk in closet and en suite bathroom with tub, separate shower as well as a double vanity and a toilet. The bathroom has access to the pool deck.

On the second floor you'll find one bedroom with two twin beds, one nightstand, dresser and closet as well as a TV. The bathroom (with in tub shower) is located in the hallway. The second master bedroom also has a King bed, two nightstands, a dresser, TV, walk in closet and en suite bathroom with tub and separate shower as well as a double vanity and toilet. The other two bedrooms both have a queen bed, nightstands, dresser and closet and have a Jack and Jill bathroom with in tub shower, toilet and a single sink vanity. On this floor you'll also find a second seating area with a large flatscreen TV, Playstation and basketball game.

You can take a nice sun bath on our south facing pool deck or relax in the private spa. From the pool deck you have a nice view on a large conservation area.

When you're back in the villa after a long day you can enjoy the game room with pool table, foosball and air hockey.

Bed configuration: 2x King beds, 2 Queen beds, 2 Twin beds, 1 Sofa bed. Washer and dryer are located in the garage.
