This beautiful vacation home has a private south-facing pool with no rear neighbours and conservation views, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and two living areas. With a sofa bed in the living room, this property will comfortably accommodate 10 people. Located in Sandy Ridge, Davenport, it is minutes away from all the major attractions.
This one storey home has a family room with leather sofa and recliner armchairs, a large flat screen SMART TV and sliding doors out to the pool deck. The second living area has sofas (including a sofa bed) for relaxing.
The formal dining area seats 6 and there is a breakfast nook for 4. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle etc.
All the bedrooms have flat screen TVs. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom with both shower and tub and direct access out to the pool deck.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and an en suite shower room. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have twin beds and share a family bathroom.
Enjoy relaxing on the south-facing pool deck with conservation views and take a swim in the private pool with spa and Jacuzzi bubbles. There is a covered outdoor dining area with table and chairs in the shade. Out on the sunny deck you will find comfortable lounge chairs with foot rests, loungers and a further table and chairs set. There is also a pool safety net for those with children.
There is a washer & dryer for your convenience. The property is fully air conditioned and there is Wifi. There is a high chair and foldout crib for families with babies.
s located approx 15 mins drive from Disney and within minutes from Championsgate and Reunion Golf courses. There is a supermarket, pharmacy and a number of food outlets within 2 miles. The main i4 is also minutes away, making it convenient not only for all the family attractions which Orlando has to offer, but also Tampa, Clearwater and the west coast of Florida. Orlando and Sanford airports are approx 45 mins drive and Miami can be reached in 3.5 hours. Not forgetting the all important shopping, Premium Outlets, Florida Mall and Mall of Millenia are all with 40mins drive. The new fantastic Lego land Florida is only 40 minutes drive and Busch Gardens is 1hr 15 mins away. Perfect central location for everything!

This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, one story home features one living room and one family room, a formal dining area that seats 6, fully equipped kitchen with separate breakfast nook that seats 4.

Location Description
Sandy Ridge, Davenport (near Orlando) is a quiet community of single family homes set within a lush conservation area. It is ideally situated within easy reach of the popular theme parks (Disney, Universal Studios, Seaworld), golf courses, shopping malls, and restaurants. This nicely landscaped executive development also has a childrens' play area for those "little ones" who still have plenty of energy after a day at the theme parks.
Local retail, health, and food options include a Publix supermarket, Liquor Store, CVS pharmacy, 7-11 gas station and convenience store, Pizza Hut, Papa John's, Subway, McDonalds, Wells Fargo Bank, Dunkin Donuts, Chinese takeaways, a gym, beauty salons, hairdressers etc.
Situated mid-state both of Florida's beautiful coastlines are only a one hour drive away.
